Default Recommended local movers?

I'm moving from Boston to Rochester this summer. In addition to national and New England movers I'd like to check with any recommended Rochester moving companies for quotes. (Looking to make money on their return trip after a Boston move, for example). Thanks for any recommendations you might have.

Having spent the morning online I wanted to post a great website I found on moving companies:
Moving: How to avoid Moving Company Scams
Note there is another company that advertises on Google that is "moving...sham" that is probably a sham. The one above is terrific, lots of history on moving companies and how hard it is under current regulations to crack down on the bad guys. They rate companies based on public comments, but they review and elaborate on the comments, and seem to have a lot of people in the industry contributing. They recommend "you pack, we carry" companies the most highly - a couple of them, but they also review the large and independent operators. I have several leads for hiring here, including national carriers which I hadn't planned to do. The beauty of living in a college town is having such businesses reviewed a LOT on yelp and elsewhere (and moving.scam seems to include comments off those sites as well). In Roch there were two mentions, only one with any "reviews", though, which consisted of a couple of comments, both positive, for Lafayette Movers/Storage in West Henrietta.
