as I recall, Chase let go of about 300 people in the last quarter of 08 because of the economic crisis, and now they are just hiring back some...so that stat is a little deceiving as far as "adding" jobs.

eh... be happy, thats a lot of jobs coming back. As for the production company, I don't think there is anything quite like in the NE besides NYC so this is huge news for the city of Rochester and all of WNY.
