Default Whats the construction along the Genny river?
So whats going on on the east side of the Genesee river south of downtown (South ave I believe). Looks like they are tearing down an old and large apartment building. Are they putting something up, or just leveling it?

they are finally tearing down a housing project nicknamed "little somolia" and replacing it with better housing. The only bad part is that there is going to be some subsidized housing there too but not as much as before.
