Hi all, I need to find a good, honest auto mechanic in our area. We moved to Pittsford from out of state, so I need to get an inspection, and I already know my car needs work. Where should I go? Thanks!

I don't know if your husband does business in Webster or you are ever out that way.... but there is a Garage out there FINNS that we have been going to for years... they are SO honest they have tried to get us DEALS to actually save us money and feel horrible when they can't. I only ever take my car there. Used to go to dealers but after getting ripped off.... I only go there. I never feel like they are taking me for a ride and I will always pay the extra it takes to get my car towed there.... they really are honest hard working mechanics.... I really trust them. But it is a bit far for you to drive if you are not going to be in that area.

You HAVE to go to Twin Cities in Manchester. I live in Fairport but it is worth the drive. They are always so nice and honest.

Mytee on the corner of Winton and University. You have to go in from Rockwood St on East Ave. I've been going there for thirty years and always great service. Actually they're like family. Say hi to Steve, and Everett if he's there.
