Default Sewage in Irondequoit Bay?
This definitely deserves more public scrutiny Could end up being a huge scandal.

Monroe County defends sewage tunnel system
After an Irondequoit man who is running for political office raised questions about sewer-tunnel overflows into Irondequoit Bay, the Monroe County Health Department has reiterated warnings that the public should avoid local lakes and creeks after heavy rains.

One would think that an area with a dying economy would try to cultivate some business opportunities off of their water front location instead of dumping poop into the water.
