me again, can some please tell me where the government offices are.
my relatives will be green card holders, what other documents/ids/forms/ etc they need to get once they have landed on US soil.

again, thanks for your responses.

all the responses here really shows all the friendliness Rochester is. what a great city!!

I really don't know much in this field but, try this: https://egov.uscis.gov/crisgwi/go?ac...r.statecode=NY

From the website it kinda sounds like the Rochester office is a satellite of either Buffalo or Albany, but I'm not sure.
