Aside from the rain, which is hapening all over the east coast this summer, the lower temps have allowed me to walk everyday without dying in the heat, lower my electric bill as my ac has not been on once, my yard looks gorgeous, my flower beds are blooming like crazy, I have not had to water or add water to the pool so my water bill will be down, sleeping with the windows open instead of the ac on is heaven for me, riding on the motorcycle has been more enjoyable because it can get unbearable when tooling down the road when the temps in the highs 80s and the heat blasting off the pavement..

Drawbacks, yeah, we have had so adjust plans due to the rain but again, the temps in the 70s and low/no humidity has been great IMO...

Now, if this is any indication of winter....ouchhhhhh.....

Dog's waiting for his walk.....

Now that you mention it, I really have not had to water my lawn at all. It is still growing as good as it did in the spring.
