I like Pudgies but Guidas and and Marks Pizzeria are good too. I hate Salvatoes, though and can't see how you people like it.

Went to Brandani's today to get a couple slices. The Pepperoni Pizza had JUST come out of the oven. I've been there before and only ever had it re-heated. Without a doubt, fresh out of the oven was a million times better. That was the best pizza I've ever tasted, and I've been to Italy several times.

No one mentioned Great Northern? They win for variety.

Great Northern is really good too. They do deserve mention here. I prefer Pontillo's and Mark's as far as regional chain pizzas go tho. There are FAR ahead of Salvatore's tho.

It is a shame Pizza Stop has not been mentioned by others. Since this thread began I gave Brandani's a try. It was good, but not in the same league as PS. I do plan on trying Roam Cafe as well. Please do yourself a favor and have lunch at Pizza Stop soon. Just order a regular cheese slice- have them warm it up for you.

Here are other reviews- Pizza Stop

I went to Joe's last week and this was my exact problem! I loved the crust and the sauce and the amount of cheese, but there was just too. much. grease. I'm definitely gonna try Pizza Stop!
