LOL, I read that first as "I would never look bLack", not back. Which I guess would also be correct, because most blacks up here don't finish school, so you'd fit in more with the whites if you were to finish school

I looked back. What a mistake 12 years later divorced with 30% less income, 100% less hair.

And the rockabilly comment? Aside from a small group, there aren't a ton of rockabilly people around here. Makes no sense. Unless the person meant hipster, and you will find hipster people all over the country.

We do have a lot of hipsters though lol. I can't remember the last time I walked more than fifty feet of south ave without passing at least one group of d-bags wearing beanies and horn-rimmed glasses saying things like "digital cameras are for amateurs. I shoot all my photos on a holga I bought at a garage sale" or "I hate how gentrified the south wedge has become. This neighborhood used to so real"

yea the South Wedge area is the hipster neighborhood. Cool bars, restaurants and shops but some of the hipster types are extremely annoying.

You are right. I would fit in more with the whites. I LOVE College and traveling. I can't spend my whole day sitting on my porch smelling like chicken grease or old grease.
