Hey everyone,

Looking for a great apartment in South Greece / North Gates.

I can also consider Spencerport and places more north in Greece.

Must be 2 bedroom, with at least 700-800 sq ft.

Trying to avoid the places that are really bad... or have bad reputations in the area.

Anyone have some guidance here?

There is a townhouse and apartment complex by the Italian American Community Center on Manitou Rd. that looks nice. Sorry that I don't know the name of it though. It might be too far south for you. In far north Greece, Long Shore Ponds seems nice as well. It is hard to say without providing the rent you are willing to spend.

My wife and I used to live in Newcastle Apartments, which are located right off of West Ridge right next to 390. Our apartment was a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath with plenty of space, I think the square footage was 775?

Here is the website for the complex Apartments in Rochester, New York | Newcastle Apartments | Greece, NY

We really liked it, and it felt safe. I kept my motorcycle right out front as long as it wasn't supposed to rain, and I never really worried it would be gone. Sure enough, it was always there at the end of every day and beginning of every morning

We actually decided on Carriage Glen.

Great place - thanks for the advice!
