Hi there. I am looking for someone with information about bands that performed in the later 60s in the Rochester area. I am looking for a specific person that was a setup man, so looking for links to people that performed in the bands.

The Dukes were popular, in fact they started playing out again about 5 years ago. I think Lou Gramm's "Black Sheep" were around, then.

Default 60's bands, NY

If it helps, I recall Wilmer Alexander and the Dukes, The Jam Factory and the Portaable People. They all, among many others, played a venue in my hometown of Schenectady, NY called The Aerodrome.

Go ask Jon at Sound Source. He was in one of those bands and he knows everybody.
