I got some quotes for taking down redwood trees. $1500 apiece! I'm starting to understand the problems with this plan, all right! I also found a website written by someone who moved into the same area and tried to get internet service, with no real success except from cell phone providers - and there is no cell coverage there.

Seems like you might want to keep looking for a property more suitable to your goals.

I know they're out there.. they're just more expensive than I can afford right now, lol. Everybody wants country living with city conveniences. Ah, well.
