Government Camp, Oregon. Just at the timber line, of Mt. Hood ~150 inches of snow a year. Has several ski areas, plus two more within a short distance. In the summer there are lakes to fish in.

Anywhere in the Tug Hill Plateau area of NY state ( east end of lake Ontario ) is always very snowy.

My son lived in Whistler BC for a few years. It's one snowy place for sure.
They got almost 40 ft. last year.
That town is party central Canada.
