Well Applebees put up a sign about 7 months ago saying coming soon, but it was recently taken down. CVS is building a new building near its old one, but the construction has taken forever! Heard rumors of the following; Wendy's, Walmart, Peebles, Taco Bell, Hampton Inn, and another Subway.

Actually our old Middle School Building is being remodeled into a business hub with a health clinic, YMCA, and 911 center.
We have some church in town that's building a 30,000-sq.-ft. facility on an empty lot that is supposed to have a church, skating rink, swimming pools, and more. I can't remember everything they were supposed to have because the article that came out in the paper was written so long ago. (over a year, and the only thing on that lot today is the sign advertising that its coming soon)

The lot where the Walmart was "suposed to go" was bought by a church that wants to build a new facility.

I think the original owners wouldn't sell to Walmart because they still live near the land, but gladly sold it to the church!
