The best option, in my opinion, is the good, old fashioned traps like these Mouse Snap Traps | Easy Mouse Trap | How to Set a Mousetrap

Edited to add that the best bait to use is peanut butter and not cheese.

The most important thing you need to do is remove their food source, or they will just keep coming back, regardless...
