A summer supper if I've ever heard one....

Yum, yum.

Early supper: Grilled lamb, curried lentils and fresh green salad from the garden.
Oh man! Come on, it's only morning and I want lunch now!

Default Well now, all of that sounds so delicious!

Tonight it is a new idea I got from Capt.CaveMan on another thread, and I've decided to name my version after him, "CaveMan Pizza". (Thanks again Capt!)
It is chicken breasts pounded flat to act as the "dough" of the pizza. On top I'm adding grape tomatoes, bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, and provolone and sharp cheddar cheeses, then onto my grill.
A summer salad of endive, iceberg, baby spinnach, mandarin orange slices, dried cherries, and crushed walnuts with a sprinkling of blue cheese, and topped with a light dressing made from orange juice concentrate, lime juice and zest, extra light olive oil, chopped mint and salt and pepper.
Cheddar and black pepper bread sticks ( I make double batches and keep in my freezer)
And Peach Nectar coolies after dinner, followed by the ever present coffee. We always have coffee after dinner.

Supper: Grilled chicken, grilled garlic sausage, grilled corn on the cob and potato salad...
