Reading through the criteria they used to make the list it would look to be a useless list for quality of care. The "Main Pillars" of the ranking are all financial and how the hospital is situated in their market for growth and financial growth. Looks like actual quality of heath care is very low on the list of criteria.

Exactly, these are just the hospitals that are likely to adapt to the new health care legislation with the fewest hiccups. The list really has nothing to do with the quality of care at all.

Sorry, I should have done better research. This still could be a vital thread if we put it to good use. What are some good small town hospitals ?
