Explain this better please.

How did they hack your comcast cable? A wireless hack (this is fairly easy to do these days) or did he physically tap into your cable line?

Whats the situation here?

Are these guys in a different house...apt or what. How are they "listening to every word"?

Are you rural? How far away do these people live? I don't know how pay TV works as we don't have that (just free network TV) but there should be some sort of security for your system, if not cancel it immediately. There are cell phone blockers on the market that might be able to disrupt wireless internet. I'm not a techie so I don't have many answers for that angle. If you don't own your home I'm very much with the person that said MOVE! as this can come to no good end.

Instead of asking for advice on CD - hire a lawyer and ask them what legal avenues you have available to you.

Your first line of defense should be to add another layer of tinfoil to your protective helmet.

Then you should get yourself a slender bigger than the one they have.

I would recommend it be at least 6 inches side to side, and 12 inches tall.

Don't expect any help from Comcast as they are running the whole operation.

Beyond what's already been mentioned, I might suggest taking an 8th grade level writing class.
