A bad situation for everyone...other than pressing charges, just try to not be bitter and encourage your son to move on from the situation. It shouldn't define him. At his age, he needs to be focused on grades, college, career, etc.
And yup, boys fight, whether it be in the city or the country. Can't escape it.

civil and criminal charges are in order the reluctance of the police does not carry b4 the law.
