Hey all - quite the range of opinions on this town! Can anyone point out which neighborhoods/areas should be avoided near downtown?

Edit: Those complaining about the superintendent should be happy to hear that I just read an article that they renegotiated his contract to end in June of this year (was set for 2013) and they are searching for a new one.
