Hi all, looking for a little advice here based on your past experience. I bought a home in Citrus Heights last summer and had the HVAC system upgraded at move-in with new high-efficiency gas furnace and outdoor a/c unit. The contractor that did the work did a fine job (as far as I can tell) and all seems to be working just fine. But...I do want to get myself set up with a good, reputable company for ongoing service/maintenance, the once or twice a year inspection and tune-up type work. Anyone have recommendations for a quality local service company/contractor who I can trust and has decent, if not the lowest, prices?
