There are some nice apartments on the Coffee road area and there is also a hospital and a large Christian church in that area. Shopping mall and retail stores are also nearby. A friend used to live in that area and she really like it.

I have a grandma who lives in an apartment there. I don't really like Modesto. The only credit I can give it is it's a bit better than Stockton, but still too close to it. You can still sense Stockton while there. Is Modesto nice? It's somewhat decent, but there are a lot better places to live in CA.
