Default Lincoln Landfill

I'm looking to purchase a house in the Lincoln/Rocklin area. I've been seeing a lot of nice houses in the Lincoln Crossing area. I do notice on the map that it is very close to the Lincoln Landfill. Anyone that lives in the area have any feedback? Thanks!

The landfill is well out of the way of any residential area. It's close to the Thunder Valley Casino, but there is so much land in between you won't even know there's a landfill there. The Lincoln Crossing area is almost two exits away from the landfill.

Thanks! Hard to tell from a map.
