You should start a new thread. Good-luck.

There are rental properties that are very affordable in the area between Sunrise Blvd and Watt Ave, south of the American River. You can find homes with at least 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms to rent starting at about $1,000-$1,200 in that area.

If you need a place that cost less than that, there are some mobile homes for rent in the Rancho Cordova and Rosemont areas, both on the north and south side of Folsom Blvd (mostly the south side).

Best of luck.

If you are living in the motel6, odds are that you don't have money for a first and last months rent. You probably have problems with saving for those things and providing adequate food for your five kids. These resources may be better places to start.

I don't know anything about the Rosemont area, which is pretty close, but I do know that I love the name "Manlove Estates".
I lived in Rosemont for a year. Its OK... but a street by street situation. On the north side of Folsom Blvd. lots of Section 8 renters and the crime and gangbanging that goes with that.
