I have lived in EDH for over 20 years (and still do)...here is where to avoid:
1. Serrano (just for now, prices are plumeting faster than the rest of the area, the developer, Bill Parker and his company, are very GREEDY and have continued to raise the monthly dues. He is literally driving people out of Serrano, and the rules to live in the there are horrible! (yes, I did live in Serrano, and couldn't get out of there fast enough!)
2. South of Highway 50. Too much commercial development, has a higher crime rate too.
Thats really it for now, that you really need avoid. Francisco Oaks is a nice area with good schools. Good Luck!
