Me and my wife moved to El Dorado Hills from SoCal in July when I started a new job in Rancho Cordova (off Zinfandel). Since then my wife has gotten a job downtown and we want to move closer so she doesn't have as bad a commute. Being new we are very unfamiliar with neighborhoods in the area between Rancho Cordova and Midtown, so can anyone give us a quick rundown? Thanks.

ohhhhh I LOVE East Sac - do you have kids?
Does the size of the house matter? The houses are much smaller then el Dorado hills - I'd say 3 bedroom 1 bath houses that are 1200 sq ft. But cute! It's an old 1950s/60s neighborhood. If you can afford the gorgeous areas - there is the Fab Forties, huge tudor homes - lovely! There is also Mckinley Park area (which is a part East Sac) and it has this wonderful HUGE park there. and the houses are a tad bigger. |
