Any area in Roseville in particular? How much are you looking to spend? What size? And since some areas of Roseville are pretty expensive there is some apartments that base their price on your income and the number of people in your family. Would you be interested in those as well?

Looking for an area that is close to a high school and a junior high. 3 bd room is ideal and price up to 1300 a month otherwise probably could rent a house. Main thing that we are looking for is close to a H.S. , junior high. Just really looking for some good info since we will be moving to the area.

I think a lot of it will come down to how far of a walk is going to be ok. None of the junior high/high schools are real close together. I live in the 95747 zip code, I think it is an excellent area. Very safe, the schools are excellent. My daughters are 7 and 4 so my only experience so far is with the elementary school but I have no complaints. It gets a 10/10 rating from greatschools.net as well.

The complex I live in is pretty new (not quite 5 years old). The elementary school is maybe half a mile, junior high is two blocks and the high school is about 1-1.5 miles straight down the street. I have no complaints at all about living here. If you want some more specific info on this area of Roseville just drop me a PM and I'll answer as many questions as I can.

Good luck and welcome to the area!

Yes, that neighborhood in Roseville is good...I used to work at Olympus Jr High, which is just off Sierra College and Douglas...excellent, excellent school! It's part of the Eureka District, which is about as good as it gets..I would definitely check out that area...

For the last 4 months, while waiting for my home to be completed, my family of 4 were at the Bridges at Woodcreek Oaks, on Foothills Blvd about 1/2 mile north of Pleasant Grove. Literally next door to the HP complex. We were paying $1350 for a 3br/2ba unit. The whole complex is about 7 years old, has a nice pool and fitness room. When we moved in it was SPOTLESS. Cleanest place we've ever lived. Very responsive staff too. Not really within walking distance to any jr/high schools, but as aforementioned, none of the jr/high schools are really close to one another anyway.
