I saw this in another thread & thought it was helpful info for someone moving to Sacrament/Placer area to consider.

I find that most people who use the City-Data forums are not aware of the wealth of data, demographics and other information that is available on these City-Data pages.

for example I always find this graphic to be interesting.

Would someone explain why home sales data (and maybe more) has not been updated since 3rd quarter 2014?



I've looked at many cities and they all show the same old data.
