Hi all,

It's my first post here, but I've enjoyed reading your threads. I did a search but didn't see a lot of discussion on this topic, and hoped to get everyone's advice/feedback.

I am looking at possibly purchasing a condo in the Sacramento area, and wondered if you have comments or suggestions on what condo communities are clean, safe, and generally nice to live in. Oh and the catch, looking for something under $250,000 (closer to $200,000 is even better).

I've lived in Sacramento all my life so I know the neighborhoods, but don't know much about the condos. I'd look for something in one of these areas:
- Midtown
- East Sac
- Fair Oaks
- Carmichael
- Arden/Arcade area (I know Campus Commons is here but way out of my price range)
- Orangevale
- Possibly Folsom if I found a perfect place, but I like the other areas better.

Any comments on particular condo communities in any of these areas?? I'm female and live alone, so the #1 most important thing for me would be safety.

Thanks!!
