I think its a less then desirable area. Its in a weird spot, near the freeway, but alot of fields in the general area. There are alot of homeless and illegal dumping problems along there. Alot of stolen cars get parted out in those fields. There are also alot of industry type businesses along there. You should know who your neighbors are. You may not want to live next to an auto body shop if you work nights and sleep during the day, etc. My suggestion is to drive by during the day and again on a weekend in the evening.
