Can anyone explain the what upper serano and lowe serrano is and what is the difference??

It's more like older and newer Serrano. The Serrano area is in the middle of El Dorado Hills. The whole area is very nice, but what they call "upper Serrano" has more large expensive homes, fancy restaurants, and a golf course. Some homes in Serrano are in the millions, but there are also more affordable homes in the area.

The previous reply was correct. In addition, upper Serrano has custom homes where lower Serrano is all production homes. There are some production homes in upper Serrano as well. Serrano is divided into villages. Each village has it's own gates and park. The custom, golf course villages have a guarded gate (there are a few production homes at the entrance to this part). Homes in the production areas run from $450,000 to over a million. The custom homes are mostly over a million dollars. The two elementary schools are just about full so many children in upper Serrano (production side) go to nearby Lakeview school (a good school but not the neighborhood school).
