I looked at the area on Google Maps, I love the center median. I have to go to California sometime this week, if time allows I will go look at 2 houses for sale there, thx

PM I might have an option for you. Also, my friend has a service where he checks out rentals for you and provides a full report on the area, neighbors, crime stats for that immediate area, pictures, etc for one lump price. It's popular with people who relocate.

Thanks, but I'm not looking for a rental, and I really don't want to pay someone to get me information that I can, for the most part, get online
