Default Cameron Park - Cameron Woods Subdivision- Is it a good place to live?

We are thinking of moving to the Cameron Woods subdivision in Cameron Park. It is relatively close to the Cameron Park airport. We have several questions regarding subdivision:

1. Will we experience a lot of plane noise, from both the small planes at Cameron airport and/or the cargo jets at Mather? Or is this subdivision out of the flight paths?

2. Is this a quiet, safe area to live?

3. Is this considered a quality neighborhood?

3. Any other issues or concerns we should be aware of as we look at homes here?

Thanks for the feedback!

The best way to observe this is to walk the neighborhood. I was surprised that
even in Natomas 5 miles east of the airport the airplane noise was LOUD
when a plane flew overhead. It all depends on flight paths not just distance
to the airport.
