Anybody familiar with this area? I'm looking at a place by Swallow Creek Country Club.I'm not sure if it's North Sac or South Natomas. Seems like a nice area since it's almost an island with the freeway on 3 sides and the river.

That is north of Garden Hwy btwn 80 & 5. South of El Camino. I could be wrong, but I believe it is of similar vintage to North Natomas. I think that is considered part of the flood plain. And that's all I know about the area.

All I know is that it's a gated community just off of Garden Highway west of I-5. It would considered part of South Natomas or Southwest Natomas.

Used to live in that general area in the Regatta apartments. It was okay. Close to downtown, sleepy area with not much going on it it aside from Chevy's/Virgin Sturgin. It's South Natomas but pretty isolated so less scuzzy than most of South Natomas is. Lots of apartments in the area but they're among the pricier apartments. Otherwise it's houses and offices. A bit more freeway noise than I'd really like. Basically it's dull but got a good location. If you're looking for a trendy neighborhood with lots to do, obviously it isn't it. Schools suck if that's a consideration.
