Hello:

I am looking for special home /land owner (elderly, disable, or normal person) who could offer small shed, garage or yard where I can do wood work.

I am a smart Japanese who lives in Davis,CA and working on very promising project of developing TV/Computer screen cleaner ScreenAce ( innovative, smart, cool), I have two Pending Patents (in US and in Japan). I am now busy with going to production, which is ready to start by 400/mo.
The work uses only 120V 6 amp Saw(Bosch) which is low noise.
I am looking for some small space ( 50-100 sq ft) where I can work on cutting precision plywood ( 12" x 24")
to make my invented tool.

I can offer renting or exchange with renting type deal.
I could offer personal care/help/service in whatever she/he needs and also helping in the Japanese related matter.

The commercial space( less than 100 sq ft) is extremely difficult to find. Storage does not allow any activity like mine.
If some one has good idea or comments on this, please do.

Regards,

dav-sat
