My wife is the worst person when it comes to finding and looking for jobs. She often rely on Temp Agencies to help her find a job for her. She uses Robert Half/Office Team and they have been good to her but she does have a very extensive history in Admin.

Try amazon near the airport, they’re always hiring. Hard work but has benefits

Check Sacramento Public Library - you might have to start with on call or shelver, but it's relatively easy to move up once you get in.

This was a long time ago, but I used to work for Sac. Public part time. It was a great part time job but had no benefits, and trying to get on full time was really tough. I actually moved out of the area for a full time library job. This was the late 1990s, but in my experience, working part time for years at a library before you get on full time is pretty typical (same story at the library where I am now).
