What if your bank account was frozen for fraud...it was hacked, have a sheriff's report to prove it, ..and you notified the landlord...and your landlord still issues a 3 day?

I been living my house 6 years pay rent every time I ask the owner fix pool that no water in it but at the bottom is green with flying bug in was house with pool then my oven door don't close my air contact. Heartet don't work bathroom shower was broken for 2 months it cost me $350.00 water bill then he fix that but never did anything else I stop paying rent this month he gave me a 3 day notice to pay or quit what now?

My landlord won't put in a heater.he said he would on our lease,we also don't have any working electrical outlets throughout our home so we use extension cords! So we withheld the rent.now we got a 3 day pay or quit.will we win in court?

You would need to follow the legal steps to withhold rent for your state. If you failed to follow these steps, you will lose in court.
