Sounds like another cry for help. If you have school aged children...run as far away from Lincoln as possible. The city is in dire straits, the schools are over crowded (especially the high school-the only one in Lincoln) with no prospects to build others any time soon, the house market is flat busted and will continue to deflate long after the rest of the area has recovered. As for crime, if anyone thinks Roseville has high crime, they must have come from a 2 horse town. Please! If you want the best for your family, you will choose Roseville or Rocklin.

One reason may be due to the fact that some of their neighborhoods have very high mello-roos.
