Hi,
I live in the bay area and thinking of moving to Folsom by buying a SFH. Stay in Folsom until the pandemic and keep working remotely, and go back to the bay area by renting Folsom property if in case I have to commute to work after the pandemic.
Looking for recommendations/suggestions.

Yeah those of us that actually live and work in the greater Sacramento area and care about our communities here are just thrilled with this prospect.

Where in the Bay Area do you work? Why Folsom? Amtrak has stops locally in Roseville, Downtown Sac and Davis. Megabus is at the 65th light rail station. To me any of those locations (or somewhere close to them like West Sac )would seem to suit your needs better than Folsom.

Folsom is a great choice, its like the bay area demographic wise. I see more asians/indians there and diversity. Also the lightrail station is there to connect to sac station amtrak for capital corridor. Even though roseville has a stop it barely goes there at odd times. And roseville is not as diverse.
