That's a great neighborhood. FYI, through June (so time's tight I realize) the City of Folsom is offering $125 rebates towards new low-flow toilets that replace old ones. Our 19-year old toilets were 5 gallon toilets. We bought $139 1.8 gallon toilets at Lowe's to replace them. If you're handy you can remove, install yourself. It would save a lot of water.

haha pba, have you changed your ways of water consumption now that you know you are paying for every drip!

I guess it could be a good thing that the water is metered if you are one those people who simply don't use much.

We are planning on getting those motion sensing water faucets for the bathroom. They are pretty cheap on ebay .
