Anyone know what a typical water bill is for Folsom South of the river? Is it a flat rate or metered?
thanks!

Hey Pancit - CW68 is in Folsom and has been very nice about sharing information. You could email her directly.
P.S. Did you guys find a home yet?

Haven't been on in a few days. Here's some info on the flat water rates:
Folsom Website - Water & Sewer Rate Increase
All of Folsom HAS to have metered water no later than 2013, though it's expected to happen sooner.
I highly recommend you have Jan come out and give you a free water-wise water survey. She will go over your landscaping and give you a watering schedule, a few water saving things (I got showerheads, aerators, tummy tanks, etc.), recommended water-wise planting and rebates on updating your sprinklers to water-saving equipment.

My water, sewer and garbage bill in Folsom totals close to $90 dollars a month. We are not metered at this point. People with pools pay extra.

Do you know what the water from Baldwin reservoir is used for? Were also new to the area and were told that we were one of the last areas not metered but we’ll see when we get our next bill.
