room rental for August (Sacramento, Citrus Heights: for sale, apartments, how much)

Hi I am looking for a place to rent for the month of August, I need to find a place near Auburn Bldv. Citrus Heights as I am attending the Healing Arts Institue for one month. I do not live in the states so I would not have a car that is why I need to find something near the school or with easy access to public transport. Most places are looking for six month leases. I only need one month, so any suggestions where I might look will be greatly appriciated.

Did some research for you. The 93 bus line, which is ½ a mile from your school, connects to the Watt light rail and runs 5:30 AM to 10:30 PM. The light rail runs to many parts of Sacramento so you are not stuck with JUST Citrus Heights.

Have you tried Craigslist.com SACRAMENTO? (Note ignore any located in Davis or Elk Grove as that’s to far away.)

You also don’t say how much you are willing to spend, or what sex you want your room mates to be.
