Default South West Sacramento?

So I've heard that South West Sac is a good area. I'm currently living in Davis and contemplating amove to WS. Where would you say is the dividing line for North/South West Sac?

I was unaware that there was a "South West Sacramento," I assume they're talking about the new suburbs in the Southport area. Those generally begin south of the Stone Lock area on Jefferson, and generally it's the new part of town. If you're in West Sacramento and the neighborhood is brand new, that's pretty much the southern part of West Sacramento, because up until a few years ago there was just what is now the northern part.
