I think Granite Bay would be an excellent alternative as well. The schools are excellent and the neighborhood is very friendly.

Default What is it like where you live now?

There are so many variables in choosing a place to live that I have no idea what to suggest at this point. The great thing about the Sacramento area is that you can find just about any lifestyle that you would prefer. We have 4 counties and everything from city to suburban to rural. All are within a drive to an international airport. Think about the lifestyle for your family and then let us know which direction to send you. Best wishes.

Fair oaks,el dorado hills, and grante bay are all great places. I grew up in fair oaks and felt very safe there as a child. I rode my bike home everyday, by myself. Fair oaks almost seems like a giant forest.
