I don't have experience working with her, but I've heard one of the most popular is Jamie Madison

We met Jamie Madison at an open house and got to speak w/ her a bit. She was very friendly, helpful and appears very knowledgeable. I got the same sense from reading her website.
Our realtor (we closed on our first house this past August) was Chad DeMasi who's also w/ Coldwell Banker (most realtors in Davis are!). His site is: Davis, Woodland, and Winters, CA Real Estate – DeMasi Real Estate
We really liked him and definitely recommend him. He really knows the market, is very personable, patient, and works very hard for you. He was also quick to understand completely our housing wants/needs. Feel free to PM me if you have more specific questions as I'm not on the boards much lately (still unpacking!  )
If you haven't already, I recommend interviewing a few agents to find the right one for you. I got good tips from the real estate board. Good luck! |

Thanks! I will contact him. I contacted Jamie and she did get back to me via email and said that she would contact me by phone and never did. Needless to say, I will be moving on. I will try your guy though.

Bummer! Sorry that happened; once I just registered to use her website (was just checking it out, I wasn't looking to buy a house) and she called me an hour later. Weird that she didn't call you back.

She seemed nice thru her email. She got back to me withing 6 hours and said once she got back from a trip she would contact me. Maybe she forgot!
Do you like living in Davis? Our budget will probably only afford us a townhome. I would like to live in North Davis. |
