Default medi cal

I've been with Mercy Medical for a couple of years. Sutter only sees medi cal patients for ER visit...
Mercy's been great...love the Rocklin office, however limited doctors now just lost most of them. Get referred to Carmical or Sac offices often.

I'm surprised anyone has regular medi-cal anymore. When I was in that business just a couple of years ago, everyone (except the rare exception) was being moved over into a managed care GMC plan. Once you're assigned to a managed care plan, you have to use their network.

are you signed up with a health insurance under Medi-cal managed care? If so, you have to use the network for your insurer.
