very clean towns ....

True: they are small towns without the big city feel.

Not true: clean towns. Davis is great and very clean, but be prepared to pay top, top dollar to live there. Woodland, on the other hand, is not so clean. It has pretty big problems for a smaller area. My opinion, of course.

Dixon is off the DAVIS radar, although it is 8 miles west, on interstate 80, safe, clean city with historic downtown area, farming, industry, shopping...check it out.
