Recommended real estate agent for Folsom/El Dorado Hills area? (Sacramento: for sale, brokers)

Hi everybody,
My wife and I are interested in moving up to the Folsom/El Dorado Hills area. We currently live in Southern California and are looking to purchase our first home.

We dont know much about the Sacramento area at all, so we'd like to meet with a real estate agent familiar with the Folsom/El Dorado Hills area. Any recommendations?

I gave a referral to Dennis Reibold of one of the C-21 offices in Fair Oaks. He treated my VERY difficult client with kid gloves and got her a home after I sold hers up here.

I really don't know if Fair Oaks is close enough for him to be of service. You can google Dennis Reibold and find him.

I can recommend (very customer service oriented) Tami Esling from Re/Max El Dorado Hills. Her website is her name. Just Google her name.

In Folsom, Kari McCoy at Coldwell Banker, Folsom and Cynthia Burke Re/Max Folsom - just to name a few.

There are many agents that contribute to this forum, and most of us know a wide network of other agents in various areas or belong to a referral network. You can direct message us with your needs and so we can better match you OR if you have an agent you are working with in SoCal ask them for a referral (if they are doing a great job for you, it will help their bottom line too)

We are looking for homes there right now and are really happy with our realtor, Aaron Cullen. 916-850-0484, ac @ brokerscorp.com. He's super responsive, knowledgable, and patient. Plus he has his general contractor's license which comes in handy when looking at homes.\

I strongly recommend Linda Riley of ERA Real Estate. She is very honest, hard working, and reliable. We have used her services a couple of times in the past and will definitly use her in the future. She is always top producer in the county too. I'm not a friend, relative, or anything like that. We have had our share of really bad agents. When you find a good one you want to keep her!

We had an agent that had a 1.5% rebate. Buy a $500K home, get a $7500 check at closing. 1% to 1.5% is a very common rebate.
