Default Roseville Electricity rates

Do you know anything about the electricity rates in Roseville vs Rocklin/Lincoln.. I heard that Roseville is much cheaper than PG and E. But, HOW MUCH cheaper.. do you know? is it half the rate? or is it only a small difference??

I have heard it is a significant difference. I heard Rocklin is similar to Granite Bay and that Granite Bay can be two to three times as much per month. As far as the rate per unit, the first tier is about 28% higher with PG&E than Roseville Electric.
