Default Is salary sufficient for Rocklin?

I have been offered a job in Rocklin, and the salary will be in the mid-60,000s range. Can a single person live there comfortably for that salary? I imagine that buying a home would not be reasonable, but a nice apartment would be fine. Thanks.

My friend just bought a brand new condo in Whitney Ranch for 119K. 60K for a single person is very sufficient.

Extremely do-able. MOVE!

Sacramento's metro is big enough that there are plenty of houses in decent places at affordable prices for someone making mid 60s.
